Buildings are responsible for 40%of global emissions, yet the real estate industry often lacks the insight to understand where energy is being wasted and what can actually be improved. The sector is complex, fragmented and highly technical and many decision-makers simply don’t have the tools to see what is happening inside their buildings. We change that.

Our building optimisation platform turns complex building data into clear, actionable insights that non-technical decision-makers can easily understand and use. Our AI identifies inefficiencies, recommends improvements and explains how it reached each conclusion.

But technology alone doesn’t create impact. We combine AI with hands-on service, working alongside our customers to turn recommendations into real improvements. This enables owners to reduce energy use and emissions without major capital investment.

Today, we optimise 500+ buildings covering 4.1 million m². In 2026 alone, our customers have already avoided 55,920,793 kgCO₂e in emissions.
